Feature update: New Dashboard!

Dear Tasket Clients,

I hope you are staying safe during this tough pandemic time. Even in this unprecedented time, we thank you again for using Tasket and providing opportunities to our users.

Since the last update, we have been working hard to make updates from your feedback. This time, the update took time due to the revamping of the dashboard and updating our website components to React 17.

The new dashboard (now you can drag and drop!)

As many have told us, you love Trello! We love productivity tools as well (we are Asana gang), which inspired us to create our dashboard feature. But the expected UX did not align with what we built as we prioritized deployment time.

We have launched now our new version of the dashboard and simplified our UX/UI.

If you cannot see the updated website, it may take time, depending on your browser or network. If restarting your browser or clearing your cache does not work, let us know. For those with problems, please use incognito mode to see the update in the short term.

Quick overview of the new dashboard

• Drag and drop feature for candidate pipeline tracking
• Tag and notes for candidate tracking
• Shortlisting feature
• New messaging UX/UI
• Archive candidates
• Optimized candidate loading times (slow loading due to too many applicants)

Some other minor updates

• Fixes in language or error message
• Update all components to React 17
• Update chat feature to the new version
• General changes in design
• Updating the job modal in the job market
• Notification feature for students when availability is not updated
• “Open to” feature to allow students to set their status to “Not looking for opportunities” (student profile will be hidden from talent marketplace)

• Optimization for mobile responsiveness
• Internship certificate issuance feature
• Updating Talent Marketplace filters and search logic
• Adding limitation on the number of simultaneous urgent job tags

Updates on growing our userbase

We have been fortunate to have joined many exciting companies join our platform. We are aware that our talent pool may lack some profiles that you are looking to hire. We have teamed up with Chula’s Cambridge Consulting Network to find new strategies to grow our talent pool while making sure that the users can meet our clients' standards.
